Where it all started

When I was a child, every time I got a cold my eardrums would burst, this meant learning to swim as a child was not a possibility.

In 2013 a friend of mine asked me to join him in doing a triathlon, after many lessons I was able to complete my first enticer, coming near last. From there I was hooked.

Now I do it to show my daughter that you can do anything that you set your mind to and show all single parents out there that your child should be a reason for you to be active not an excuse not to.

I have gone into more detail in my first blog post.
